Artwork
Black/white, camera-ready artwork to size is required. For Laser engraving scan charge $20.00(C). All art must be faxed, however faxes are not camera ready art.

For your convenience, Westwood is able to receive artwork created in these formats; Adobe Illustrator or Corel DRAW. Files must be PC compatible. Please send electronic files in black and white as either Adobe Illustrator version 13 or lower, '.ai ' or '.eps' at a minimum resolution of 300dpi. All fonts must be converted to outline/curves.

Color required art must be sent same as above, photos as jpg, all must be at least 300 dpi.

Art Preparation

Art charges are $70.00 an hour (C). Art preparation charge is a service charge only and does not transfer title to the customer. Proofs are required and are faxed or emailed. No charge for initial proof. However, changes to proof may incur art charges. Delays in customer approval of proofs may incur rush charges.

Customer Provided Product - every effort will be made to return your items in useable condition. However, errors are made from time to time. We are only responsible for the service we provide. We reserve the right to reject any orders we feel could damage your product, at any point in production.

Custom Product Orders
Due to fluctuating wood costs custom quotes are good for 30 days and it may be necessary to extend the normal lead time beyond three weeks.

You will be notified of the expected ship date upon approval of the prototype sample. Due to difficulty in manufacturing exact quantities of custom items, 5% over/under quantities ordered may be considered fulfillment of order, every effort will be made to ship your desired quantity.

Pre-Production Sample
Invoiced separately, orders exceeding $1,500 require a Pre-Production sample unless a signed waiver is received.

Lead Time
Catalog Items: 2 weeks, Reorders: 1 week, Custom: 3 weeks (depends upon quantity and design).

Claims / Liability
All merchandise becomes the customer's property upon delivery to your designated carrier. If your carrier delays or damages the shipment or bad weather prevents or delays shipment, the customer must file a claim with their carrier. All charge backs are the distributor's responsibility regardless which carrier was used. Your carrier may have other responsibilities or requirements. Check with your carrier.

RUSH Orders
We recognize that you may occasionally need a rush on an order. We will do our best to help you meet your deadline. Our production clock starts one day after we have received your final artwork, written approval, or accessories. Please call us for production and delivery capabilities.

Additional charges will apply, see chart below, weekends and holidays do not count. Minimum rush charge is $25.00.

Shipping and Packaging
F.O.B. factory in Colorado. Unless otherwise specified, shipping, packaging, and handling charges are additional. Master cartons $4.00 (c). We bulk pack our items. Gift boxes, or special packaging available upon request.

Visa/Mastercard accepted and billed the day order is to be shipped.

Re-Sizing Logos
There is no charge for re-sizing logos when art work is workable/useable. When a single logo design is used on several different products, we will re-size the art to save you multiple preparation charges. We reserve the right to decide what art is useable.

Pricing
We reserve the right to change product specifications or prices without notice. Custom quotes are good for 30 days only.
Reorders -- No preparation charge applies if the product and art are unchanged from original order.

Quantity Discounts, when you need them.
Order more than you need now. Our release program is designed to stock the remainder of your order, if prepaid in full. For every item remaining in inventory there will be an additional charge that covers future shipping, packing, and handling.

Your items will be released by US Mail when you need them. Order your once a month awards now and take delivery when you need them.

Cancellations or Requests for returns
All costs incurred up to cancellation date will be billed, including preparation charges. Returns must have an R/A # to be accepted, contact us.
