  Westwood Trading Company was born in a garage in 1990. Located in Denver, Colorado, we started out providing custom furniture and
one-of-a-kind accent pieces. We also manufactured wood bases for a local snow globe company. Since then, our company has grown into a complete wood shop and our product line has increased to include all types of wood plaques, trophy components, recycled products and unique laser engraved wood products for the Advertising Specialty and personalized recognition awards industry.With CNC Routing capabilities and multiple laser engravers, we are able to provide you with all of your wood and engraving needs. Shipping: Unless specified otherwise, orders will be shipped by UPS Ground. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be sent UPS Blue or 2 day Federal Express. Continental United States shipments weighing over 100 lbs. Will be sent via UPS 100 Wt. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges. Setup: All orders will be charged a $25.00 ( c ) setup fee, pens or pencils will be charged a $10.00 ( c ) setup. Split Shipments: Add $5.00 ( c ) for each shipment to each destination. C.O.D. Shipments: A $5.00 handling charge will be added to all C.O.D. shipments. Returned Goods Policy: Merchandise may NOT be returned without written authorization from Westwood Trading Co. Terms: Deposits may be required, Net 30 on established accounts F.O.B.: F.O.B. Denver, Colorado Random Samples: Random samples are billed at end quantity prices. Custom samples billed at full retail price and set up charges may apply. Art Preparation: Art charges are included in prices for straight text engraving. Logos and/or artwork can be engraved as long as camera ready art is provided. Camera ready art is defined as: A. Art that includes all copy-typesetting, etc. B. Does not require touch up or rearrangement. C. Should be black & white; 300 DPI Laser copy or better, $5.00 scan charge. Art can be submitted in the following IBM formats: A. Corel Draw 5.0 or Corel Draw 8.0 B. EPS file format C. TIFF file format D. AI file format Proofs: There is no charge for a black & white paper proof; art or setup charges may apply. Production Time: Please allow 10 working days from receipt of order. Large quantity or custom orders may require additional production time, please consult factory. Trademark Authorization: The logos used in this site appear only to illustrate our products. The CUSTOMER assumes full legal responsibility for compliance relating to copy reproduction authorization. WESTWOOD TRADING CO. disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such laws, and assumes that the CUSTOMER has legal authority to reproduce the copy. The CUSTOMER hereby agrees to hold WESTWOOD TRADING CO. harmless of any damage, cost, and/or expenses when they arise, as a result of reproductions done by WESTWOOD TRADING CO. on behalf of the CUSTOMER.
